The Karnataka Nair Service Society (KNSS) Nelyadi Karayogam is a dynamic and active branch operating under the umbrella of the Karnataka Nair Service Society, Bengaluru. Established in 2006, our Karayogam is located in the heart of Kadaba Taluk at Nelyadi Post (Kowkrady).
We serve as a vital local anchor for families belonging to the Nair community residing in the region, bringing members together across generations to celebrate shared traditions, support one another during key life events, and uphold the timeless values of our heritage.

Our Glorious Historical Legacy
Tracing our roots from the visionary ideals of Bharatha Ratna/Padma Bhushan Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan.
Founding of NSS (1914)
The wider Nair Service Society was founded on October 31, 1914, by the legendary social reformer Sri Mannathu Padmanabhan in Kerala, laying the foundational stone for social equality, educational empowerment, and community discipline.
KNSS Formation (1982)
Founded in 1982, the Nair Service Society (KNSS) Karnataka was established as a regional branch to serve the growing Nair diaspora across the state, fostering cultural continuity and mutual support far from home.
Nelyadi Milestone (2006)
Carrying forward this profound legacy, Nelyadi Karayogam was officially established in 2006. It continues to bridge local community members with state-level initiatives, cultural programs, and welfare schemes.
